Courses & training plans
Self-paced course and training plans purchased on the website follow the eligibility table above. "Accessed" means you have opened/downloaded a meaningful portion of the paid content (e.g. more than one module or resource).
Audit & consulting engagements
Business Planning, Audit & Compliance and similar custom consulting engagements are typically scoped under a separate service agreement, which will state its own cancellation terms (for example, based on work already performed). Where no separate agreement exists, this policy applies: engagements cancelled before work has begun are fully refundable; once site visits, audits or deliverables have started, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
- Email support@mlpharmaconsultants.com with your registered email/phone number and the transaction ID from your receipt.
- State the plan/course purchased and the reason for cancellation.
- We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and process approved refunds automatically through the original payment gateway.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking, via our payment gateway) within 5–10 business days of approval. Actual credit timing beyond that point depends on your bank or card network.
Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after the eligibility window has closed, with content substantially accessed.
- Change of mind after completing a course or receiving a completion certificate.
- Any promotional, discounted or bundled plan explicitly marked "non-refundable" at checkout.
Cancelling before renewal
If a plan auto-renews, you can cancel any time from your account dashboard before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling does not refund the current billing period already paid, but access continues until that period ends.
Payment disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way. We cooperate fully with legitimate payment gateway and bank dispute processes.
