Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ML Pharma Consultants Private Limited ("MLPCPL", "we", "us") website and services. By browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a plan or course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.
• You may sign up using a valid email address and, optionally, a phone number; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our services

MLPCPL offers, subject to availability and the specific scope agreed for each engagement:

• Training & Placement — skill development and career placement support for pharmacy professionals.
• Audit & Compliance — pharmacy SOP, NABH-aligned audit and compliance advisory services.
• Business Planning & Establishment — consulting for setting up or growing a pharmacy/healthcare business.
• Matriculation in Pharmacy Courses — guidance and enrolment support for pharmacy education pathways.

Some services are delivered digitally through the website (self-paced content, plan access); others (audits, business consulting) are scoped separately and may be governed by an additional service agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

Payments & plans

• Prices for plans/courses are displayed on the site in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are payable in full at checkout via our payment gateway partner.
• Access to a purchased plan is activated once payment is confirmed by the gateway.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• MLPCPL may update plan pricing and content from time to time; changes do not affect a plan you have already purchased and activated.

Acceptable use

When using our site and services, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or resell access to purchased plans.
• Copy, redistribute or publicly share paid course/training content without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Use the site to upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or to impersonate another person.

Intellectual property

All course materials, audit templates, articles, branding and site design are the property of MLPCPL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Purchasing a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning/professional purposes — it does not transfer ownership.

User content

If you submit testimonials, reviews, or other content to us, you grant MLPCPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on our website and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Disclaimers

Our training, audit and consulting content is provided for professional education and advisory purposes. It does not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice, and does not guarantee any specific employment, accreditation or business outcome. See our full Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MLPCPL's total liability arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan or service giving rise to the claim. MLPCPL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; active paid plans remain governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
